Olive Oil tasting includes an introduction to the world of olive oil. Epigrammatic reference of some of the best Greek olive varieties, types and categories of olive oils.
Afterwards, the stages of olive oil tasting are analyzed at a theoretical as well as a practical level by tasting 3 oils from two local olive varieties (Koroneiki -Athinolia) that will be thoroughly analyzed.
The olive oils are accompanied by small delicacies from the Laconian land.
