In 1999, following the love for the olive and the love for our region, we decided to establish the olive press in order to press the olives of our production as well as those of the other producers in the region in order to have the best quality characteristics for the olive oil that comes exclusively from variety koroneiki.

Over the years, the rural areas that are integrated increase, as a result of which we also have the production of olive oil from the Athinolia variety.

Our facilities are equipped with state-of-the-art pressing machinery where all plant operations and controls are done from a central control system.

The technology acts as an advisory factor to the company’s human resources and the main purpose is for the olive fruit to be cold-pressed, so that the olive oil does not lose its valuable nutrients which are important for cardiovascular circulation, act preventively against atherosclerosis and have protective shield against oxidative stress.
